George H. Boss III
August 27, 1954 – 0ctober 4, 2017
George was born in Los Angeles, California. In 1983,
George moved his family to Enid, Oklahoma, during the
oil boom. While in Enid, he worked at Emmanuel Baptist
Church for many years and that is where he began his
walk with Jesus. George was a father brother,
grandfather, great-grandfather and uncle. He was often a
caretaker for his family, close by to help his sisters,
brothers and mother.
George loved to cook and was skilled in the kitchen. He
enjoyed watching all kinds of sports, but his favorite loves
were cheering on the OKC Thunder basketball team,
rooting for the OU Sooners and watching Nascar racing.
George was preceded in death by his beloved mother,
Loretta “Ronnie” Rossiter, his father, George H. Boss Jr.,
and his grandparents.
He is survived by his wife, Donna; son, George Boss IV,
wife Jacque and their daughters Jacelynn and Corrin;
daughter Krista Humphrey, husband Nathan and their
daughters Faith and Raeanne; daughter Jolette Boss and
her children Shane, Cassandra and Daniel. He will be
missed by his sisters, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
