Troy LeVoy Decker, 89, Enid, was born on May 22, 1928 in Sparks, Oklahoma, the son of John Duard and Mamie Stevison Decker, and passed away peacefully on January 29, 2018 in Enid and will be interred at the Douglas Union Cemetery. Arrangements are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service and Cremation Directors
Troy married Mary Elizabeth Richardson in 1950 and to this union they had 5 children: Mona, Troy Edward, Jerry, Linda, Mary. He then married Elizabeth Feely on Dec 9, 1968.
He is survived by his son Jerry & wife Joy, Enid, daughters Linda Decker, Guthrie, Mary Smith & husband Phillip, Guthrie, Calvina Osburn & husband Garry, Enid. Brothers John Decker, Enid, Wayne Decker, San Bernadino CA, sisters Wanda (Nadine) Morgan, Enid, Gwen Close, Meno, 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren & numerous nieces & nephews.
