Georgine Carmen (Thompson) Walker

We are saddened by our loss but celebrate the life of (Georgine) Carmen Walker (71). She was born November 10, 1952, beloved mother of Shyler and Tyler Walker, and passed into God’s hands April 7, 2024, in Enid, Oklahoma.

She was born in Presho, South Dakota and lived most of her life in Enid. She enjoyed helping others and donated much of her time to her church, Your Family Church in Enid. She loved with all her heart and cared for so many.

All that embraced her in love and friendship will remember her and all that she did for them and those around her.

Those who will carry on her memory are her son Shyler Walker and wife Jayme, her sisters Joan Stark and husband Jim, Sue Schliinz and husband Greg, brother Tom Thompson, brother-in-law Frank Horine and caretaker Terry, nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband Tom and son Tyler. She will rest next to them at Memorial Park Cemetery. She was also predeceased by her parents and sister Kay Thompson Those lost to us welcome her to her new home; God’s grace has taken her forever “into the wind”.
