Avis Jerrine (Orsburn) Clark

Avis Jerrine Clark was born to Edmond and Opal Orsburn on Feb.15, 1944 in Konawa, OK Avis lost her battle with Breast Cancer and went home to be with the Lord on Nov. 25, 2018 while at home surrounded by her family. Avis loved children and taught school for 29 years at several different school districts.  She taught Sunday school most of her life and was a faithful servant of the Lord.  She was Church secretary for many, many years.  She enjoyed family time and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She also enjoyed Antique shopping especially of Owls, Tea Pots & Sets, garage saling, watching OU football games on TV daily trips to Walmart and Sonic. and her Chihuahuas. She was preceded in death by her parents, two infant brothers: Bobby Dean and Charles Wayne, her niece Rebecca Joyce, her grandson-in-law Joshua Blalock and two great grandsons Adam and Eli Wells.She leaves behind her husband of 50 years, Herbert A. Clark of Norman her daughter and son-in-law Audrey and Kory Wells of Norman and their children Amber Blalock, Kyle and wife Megan Wells and their two children Charlee and Holden Wells and Kristian Wells.  Her son Allen Clark and Stephanie Clarkson and their daughters Shannon and Jordan Clark and Bradi Clarkson. One brother of Sasakwa 4 sisters of Shawnee and Bethany, OK and boundless other relatives and friends. Services will be Saturday Dec. 1st, 2018 at 12pm at Agape Baptist Church 2606 N.
