DeRhonda Ann (Clapp) Watkins

DeRhonda Ann Clapp Watkins passed from the pain and suffering of this life into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, April 11 2018, peacefully at her home.

DeRhonda was born January 17, 1965, in Ponca City Oklahoma to parents Gerald Bea Clapp and Elsie Kenyon Stafford Clapp.  Upon the death of her mother, she lived for a time with her grandparents Zenoba and Alexander Bea Clapp in Blackwell, Oklahoma, til her father's work in construction took them around the world. They returned to Blackwell and on June 20, 1981 she married the love of her life, Gary Watkins.

Dee worked many years alongside Gary at Cupid Manufacturing as well as being an Avon representative. The most important thing in her life was her family.  She was especially close to her mother-in-law Wanda Watkins. One thing everyone will always remember about Dee is her beautiful smile and the happiness family and friends received with that smile.

She was preceeded in death by her grandparents, parents, infant son Brandon, brother Gerald Clapp Jr and beloved in-laws Lester and Wanda Watkins.

Surviving DeRhonda is her beloved husband Gary Watkins and children, daughter Holly Grier (Garrett)  of Wichita KS, son Dustin Watkins of Houston TX, and Jordyn Watkins of the home. Grandchildren Kortney Watkins, Henry Watkins Houston TX and Thad Grier of Wichita KS

Cremation is under the administration of Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service  Enid, OK.  No ceremonies are planned at this time. Remembrances may be shared online at www.stittsworthfuneralservices.com.
