GENICE ANN GLOVER HOPKINS
Genice Ann Glover Hopkins left this life peacefully to be with the lord on 12/20/2018 at age 77.raise. A celebration of her life & memorial service will be held at Ranch Drive Baptist Church on January 5th 2019 at 10am with pastor Dr. Bob Ryan officiating. a fellowship meal and balloon release will follow after the services for friends and family. Genice was born Feburary 22nd 1941 oldest of twins to Paul Raymond & Minnie Irene (Ballard) Glover in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
She Graduated from Bethel High School in 1959. She married James Monroe Hopkins on October 30th 1959 and moved to Ponca City to reside for 59 yrs to raise their 3 children. Jim and Genice was married for 57 yrs when Jim passed away. Genice was a homemaker most of her yrs & enjoyed sewing, crafts, reading, listening to music, playing games & most of spending time with all her family. She is survived by her children Jarita Jester (Mark), Paul Hopkins(Amy),and Vance Hopkins(Laura) 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildern. 2 sisters Claudia Wellman and twin sister Geneva Glover  and several neices and nephews.
