Earl and family, Your Dad and grandpa was a wonderful man. He was so well thought of by everyone that knew him, and he put a smile on a lot of little children's faces each day. I am sure you have lots of great memories, but I know how hard it is to give up your parents. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sorry for what is a loss to everyone in the family, most especially to his children. I treasure every memory of the summers I spent with Uncle James Earl, Aunt Ila and all my cousins, especially Earl Dean (we were part of the "four from 47"). He was just special in so many ways and we will likely never see another quite like him.

I want to convey my condolences on the passing of James to the family. I have many fond memories of him and the family.
