Jeanne Silke Lively Jones Wilson

Jeanne E. Silke was born on May 24, 1942, in Portland, Maine, the daughter of John and Doris Anderson Silke. She moved to Oklahoma at an early age and graduated from Chouteau High School in 1960. On July 6, 1961, she married Vernon Lively and they made their home in Blackwell and Tonkawa. The couple divorced in 1982. Jeanne worked as a homemaker and an office nurse for a number of years early in her career. She also worked at the Huffy Bicycle Plant until its closing in 1983. She then married Wesley Jones in Ponca City on May 29, 1984. She worked for Conoco until she achieved her licensed practical nurse degree. She worked for Winfield State Hospital and several area physicians until her retirement. 

She was preceded in death by, Wesley in 1999. On May, 2007, she married Steve Wilson. 

She is survived by her husband, Steve Wilson, of Ponca City; two brothers, Bob Silke, of Florida and Don Silke, of Maine; three daughters, Kristi Dust and husband Eli, of Winfield, Kan., Debbie Robinson and husband Rick, of Ponca City and Shea Mitlenher and husband Bill, of Glastonbury, Conn.; three sons, Michael Lively, of Oklahoma City, Kent Wilson and wife Tammy, of Stillwater and Wesley Jones and wife RiRe, of Oahu, Hawaii; grandchildren, Alia Dust, Elissa Dust, Dylan Dust, Christopher Comer, Wesley Jones, Wayra Jones, Emma Wilson, Brent Wilson, Eli Wilson, Annie Kate Wilson, Derek Mitlenher and Jessica Mitlenher and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Chickie; her infant sister, Ruth and infant twin brothers, Bruce and Bryan. 

A private family graveside service is scheduled for Monday, June 18, at 10 a.m. in Longwood Cemetery.
