Johnita Means 79, passed away June 28, 2019 after a short illness. She was born April 15, 1940 to John R. Means and Eugenia H. (Munroe) Means in Ponca City, OK. She grew up in the Washunga/ old Kaw City area and resided in the Newkirk area. She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, Guy and Emma Munroe and Ruth Nash and a brother, Eugene R.( Brother) Means. She wished to be cremated and a memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
