David met Lorna L Davidson the love of his life in April 1973. By August 10, 1973 they were married. Recently celebrating 50 years of marriage. Prior to their marriage Dave moved to Southern California for a couple of years staying with family and working in potato sheds. Once coming back to Oklahoma Dave started working in the oilfield in the early 1980’s. Dave went back to the oilfield off and on until 2014 when he was hurt and sadly forced to retire. In 2010 Dave & Lorna moved to Ponca city, Oklahoma where they currently live today. Dave was an oilfield worker by knowledge and a fisherman by trade. Anyone that knew Dave-knew if he wasn’t home or at church he was fishing on his boat but always had to be home by 6:30 to watch Wheel of Fortune!
