Frances Mendiola Obituary

Franci was born on December 12, 1956, in Wichita, Kansas. She went to be with her Lord and Savior at 1:35 PM on Thursday, August 19, 2021, surrounded by her family at her home in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. Franci was a feisty, caring, and warm-hearted woman with many passions. She made a career from her love of doing nails. She enjoyed spending time with her family, listening to George Strait, and watching Elvis movies and Gunsmoke. She was loved beyond measure and will be missed even more.

Franci is survived by her husband, Kevin Woodvine of the home; children Darrell and Angie Mendiola of Tonkawa, Mathew and Summer Woodvine of Ponca City, Mark and Ashley Mendiola of Tonkawa, Michelle and Nicholas Love of Tonkawa, Ashley Martin and family of Juniper Hills, California; grandchildren Hannah and Tanner, Charity, Dylan, Andon, Braden, Jace, Elijah, Carter, and Moriah; brother James Brant of El Segundo, California. Franci was preceded in death by her parents Robert Brant and Wilda Henderson, father in law Max B Woodvine Jr., her Mommy Pat, and her grandbaby Isaiah Love. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 AM SATURDAY, September 4 at Christian Life Church, 115 West Grand, Tonkawa, OK. Franci's son Darrell Mendiola will officiate.  Remembrances may be shared online at www.stittsworthfuneralservices.com.
