Frostie Rae Skaggs

Frostie Rae Skaggs age 66, was born March 4, 1959 in Enid, OK to Dolores Wheeler and passed away February 19, 2026 surrounded by her loved ones.  She married the love of her life Jake Skaggs on June 3rd 1978, they met when they were 14 years old. Together they built a beautiful life and raised 3 children Jackie, Jake, and Shannon.

Frostie deeply loved her family and cherished every moment spent with them. She enjoyed camping and loved her race car. She would get so mad when someone would put a dent in it, she even had a hit list somewhere of everyone that damaged her car. Those that knew mom, knew to find her at the computer, working on projects of Michael Jackson. She also proudly supported Michael Knight in his career. She also loved shopping and would gladly give you anything you needed.

Frostie worked at Norce until her retirement. She attended Enid High and graduated in 1998.

Frostie is survived by her husband Jake Skaggs, Dad Johnny Webb, Her brothers Frank Wheeler and Johnny Webb. Her sisters Cynthia Biocic (Rich) and Rene James (Jon), Rhonda and Linda, Sister in Law Norma Brummett (Harvey) , Daughter Jackie Davis (Mike), Sons Jake Skaggs (Serena), and Shannon Skaggs (Melinda). Adopted kids Melody Lagunas, and Tookes. Her, grandchildren Tylor Davis (Sarah), Jeffery Skaggs (Rachel), Cristian Gomez (Madison), Dakota Skaggs (Makila), Jesse Skaggs (Bailey), Ashli Koehn (Blake), Devynn Skaggs, Kolby Skaggs , Dillon Skaggs, Kaylee Skaggs, Cayden Ramsey, Mykell Woolsey, and Neheava Woolsey.

Great grandchildren, Preston, Maverick, Makayla, Riverlynn, Oakley, Beau, Lane, Veronica, Isabella, Lila, Christopher, and two on the way. Special friends Sheryl Romey and Michael Knight.

Frostie was preceded in death by her parents Leroy and Dolores (Dea) Wanzer and Virginia Webb. In Laws Jack and Helen Skaggs. Sisters Alice, Donna, Glenda, and Mary. Brothers Jerry, Genie, and Dennis.

A Celebration of life will be held at 2420 N Washington St, Enid, OK 73701 on March 4th at 5:00 pm. Food and gathering at Lodge Hall on 30th street in front of car wash immediately after the service.
