Isaac Palmer

Isaac Joined his Heavenly Father on December 29th, 2024, from the comfort of his home at the age of 48. Isaac was born Dec. 25th, 1976, to Cynthia Ann & Larry Samuel Palmer Sr. in Houston, TX. Isaac Resided in Ponca City. He was Construction Coordinator for USI at the Ponca City Refinery.

Isaac married Dorothea Spiller in Oct. 1992, and they had one son Wayne. In Dec 2006 he Married Andrea Ritch and adopted his daughter Dakota, then him & Andrea had two more daughters August and Frankie.

Isaac attended Central Baptist Church in Ponca City and had passion for his faith.

Isaac loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. The weekends were girl time as he would say and would start the day with making pancakes with them first thing in the morning. He loved to watch Frankie do artwork and wrestle. Then hit the golf course with August for a round or two. He enjoyed simply sitting around and relaxing from the day with Andrea. He loved to hangout with his Parents and make them laugh. When Dakota and Dougie bring his granddaughter Gloriana it’s Papa’s time to hold her on his lap and play with toys with her.

He had a passion for horses from a young age and had 3 racehorses over the last decade. He loved hunting, fishing and simply anything he could do outdoors. He loved to pull pranks and tell jokes. Isaac Started his work career in late 90’s at DOW Chemical in Freeport and is where him and Jimmy first crossed paths that would lead to lifelong friendship. He moved to Tyler, Tx and started working at the Howe Baker Fabrication shop and then on to the CBI- Howe Baker field services where he Andrea and the kids lived in Kansas and later Beaumont. In 2008 moved to Wood River, Ill and started working as 3rd party Construction coordinator for ConocoPhillips were he also worked in Borger, Tx and Canada. In the summer of 2012, he joined Phillips 66 as 3rd party Coordinator and in 2015 moved to Ponca City to work at the Ponca City Refinery still working in that capacity at the time of his passing.

He is Survived by his Wife Andrea, Daughters Dakota & husband Douglas Rhea, August, Frankie & son Wayne & wife Ashley. His father Larry & wife Jenny Palmer. His mother Cindy& Husband John Self. Mother-in-law Audrey Ritch. Brothers Thomas Palmer, Larry & wife Cassi, Mark & wife Veronica, Luke, Sisters Elizabeth & Husband Tim Kelly, Jennifer Self, Jim & wife Ruby Anderson. Granddaughter Gloriana Noelle Rhea & any day now a Grandson. Lots of nieces and nephews.

He is proceeded in Death by Otis “Tip” & Ruby Tipton, Uncle Totsie Darby & JD Self.

Services will be held at Central Baptist Church 1732 E Coleman Rd Ponca City, Ok 74604 on Thursday January 9th @ 10:30am.

Flowers can be sent to Central Baptist Church on January 8th or 9th before 10am.
