Johnnie Faye McWilliams, 76 years old of Blackwell Oklahoma, entered fully into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Wednesday, June 26th, 2019 at Fairfax Manor following her lengthy battle with cancer.
Johnnie was born October 4th, 1942 in Wellington, Texas to Leroy Skidmore and Lillian Dowdy Skidmore. She was the youngest of 7 children.
She was a member of the First Christian Church of Blackwell. She enjoyed watching the Price is Right most definitely Jimmy Swaggart, playing cards, board games, especially wahoo, reading and crossword puzzles. She loved sharing her faith, laughter and good times with her children and grandchildren and everyone that entered her life.
Being a hard worker, she spent many years in the restaurant industry. She later worked and retired at Southwest Cupid.
She is survived by her brother Bob and wife Benita Skidmore; her 5 children;
Rhonda and husband David Woodward of Ponca City.
Rodger McWilliams and wife Carrie of Nardin.
Tammie and spouse Steve Herren of Blackwell.
Teresa and husband Mike Yandell of Fairfax. Jamie and husband Scott Buxton of Blackwell.
14 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
She is proceeded in death by her parents Leroy and Lillian Dowdy Skidmore. Brothers James, Tommy, Fred and Bill Skidmore and sister Joyce Wolf, daughter Tina Ele and grandsons Jonas Goad and Mark Mcwilliams.
Services are scheduled for Saturday, June 29th, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the First Christian Church (306 East Coolidge Blackwell, Oklahoma 74631) with Pastor Jeff Koch officiating. Burial will follow in the Blackwell Cemetery. Remembrances may be shared online at www.stittsworthfuneralservices.com.
