The memorial service celebrating the life of Joyce M. Perkins, 85, of Enid, will be held 11:30 am, Thursday September 25, 2025 at Grace Ministries, 2502 W. Elm, Enid.

Joyce (Hogan) Perkins was born on December 30th, 1939 and went home to be with Jesus August 20th, 2025.

She was born in Wolf City, Texas to JT and Alva (Tucker) Hogan.

She married Wyatt E. Perkins on April 14, 1958 in Ukiah, California and they were married for almost 40 years. In the 1960’s they moved to Liberty, Oregon and in the 1990’s moved to Enid, Oklahoma for work.

Joyce loved Jesus and her dogs, Cassie and Peggy Sue, and taking drives in her car.

She is survived by 11 grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Wyatt Perkins and her 3 children, Annie Pelto, Wyatt Perkins Jr., and Sherrie Sue Rowe.
