Nancy Randolph Lessert, 79, passed away peacefully on Oct. 10, 2021, in Ponca City.
Nancy was born Aug. 4, 1942, in Ponca City to John and Elsie Randolph. She graduated from Ponca City High School in 1960 and was a homemaker for some 20 years, working part time for her mother’s children’s shop before going to work for the Farm Greenhouse and a local motel. Then, for 24 years she worked in the Hobby Lobby floral department. Her pride and joy was her only son, Dirk Lessert, who preceded her in death. She also enjoyed flowers and animals, and during her last illness could often be seen with her loyal cat, Sadie, and her beloved dog, Daisy, by her side. Nancy was an accomplished tennis and racquetball player, and loved riding horses.
In addition to her son Dirk, she was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her brother Tim Randolph, as well as a number of friends.
