Nounjun Hall

Nounjun Hall "Dow" was born on March 11, 1952, to her loving parents, Tumthong Utsahaphan and Chu Utsahaphan, in Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand. She passed away on Friday, February 28, 2025, in Enid, Oklahoma. Dow grew up in Ubon, Thailand, where she met the love of her life, Robert Hall. Together, they built a beautiful life in Enid, where she was known for her kindness, warmth, and vibrant spirit. Dow had a deep passion for cooking, shopping, gardening, and caring for her prized tropical fish, flowers, and plants—all of which brought her immense joy. She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Robert Hall, and her 7 children: Audie, Annie, Liz, Mary, Tina, Janice Ashley, and Michael. She also leaves behind her 8 cherished grandchildren: Ashleigh, Dylan, Kali, Tanner, Mina, Bella, Olive, and Jathan Borja, as well as her 8 adored great-grandchildren: Valerie, Kristopher, Nova, Truman, Archer, Dallas, Charlotte, and Baker. Dow’s love and light will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered.

A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 am on March 4, 2025 at Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service, 2420 N Washington.
