Patricia Ann (Esquivel) Hastings

Mass of Christian Burial for Patricia Ann Hastings, 76, Ponca City resident, will be held at 10:00 am Friday, December 12, 2025 in St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father Alex Kroll officiating. Rosary services will be held at 7:00 pm on December 11, 2025 in the St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Arrangements are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.

Patrica was born on February 11, 1949 in Arkansas City, Kansas, the daughter of Frank and Isabell Ramirez Esquivel and passed away on December 7, 2025 in Ponca City, She was a resident of Arkansas City from birth until 1975 when she moved to Ponca City, She graduated from Ark City High School with the class of 1967. Patricia graduated from Arkansas City Junior College with an Associates Degree. Patricia married William Bill S. Hastings. She worked at Heartland Federal Savings and Loan until retirement in 1993. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Mother of Mercy Prayer Group, Member of Beta Sigma Phi for 30 years, Member of Ladies of the Moose Lodge, Member of St. Francis Guild. Patricia is survived by nephew, Jesse Esquivel and wife Marqita, great-nephew Kaiden Esquivel both of Ponca City; great-niece Leighton Esquivel of Arkansas City; sister-in-law, Mauna Lea Johnston of Delbert, Texas; Cousins Mary Helen Savala of Arkansas City, and Esther Caire of Wichita; Special friends Helen Buxton of Hatfield, Arkansas, Sue Duckett of Ponca City and Sandy Hunter of Tyler, Texas. Patricia was preceded in passing by Husband Bill: Parents, Sister Anita Esquivel, paternal and maternal grandparents; great-nephew; several aunts, uncles, cousins and Bill’s Parents. Memorial contribution checks may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
