Patty Pearl (Hildabrand) Lamon

Patty P. Lamon, 87, funeral services are scheduled on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Stittsworth Memory Chapel with Mark Walters officiating. Visitation with the family present will be Friday evening, July 9, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Stittsworth. Patty passed away June 30, 2021 at Hensley’s Nursing Home in Sayre, OK. Patty was born on November 21, 1933 to Harry and Narcissus Hildabrand, of Douglas, OK. Patty graduated in 1953 from Enid High School and upon graduation she went to work at Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. as a telephone operator. In 1954 Patty married Al Lamon of Bemidji Minnesota. In 1966 Patty moved with Al to Bemidji Minnesota where she attended Bemidji State College and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, and started her own daycare Creative Corners. After Al retired they moved to Gateway Arkansas and then, after a few years, moved to Hunter OK and then to Enid. After Al’s passing Patty moved to Sayre Ok. Patty is survived by three sons, Richard and wife Trish of Sayre, OK, Russell and wife Deb of Bemidji, Minnesota, Michael Lamon of St. Paul, Minnesota; sister, Martha Jane Stricker of Midwest City, Oklahoma, daughter in law, Marie Lamon of Bemidji Minnesota, brother in law Bill Weis of Bemidji Minnesota, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. numerous nieces and nephews.  Patty was preceded in passing by her husband Al Lamon, son Alan Lamon, her parents, and her brother Herbert Hildabrand.  Remembrances may be shared online at www.stittsworthfuneralservices.com.
