Phillis Gene (Stevison) Stephens

Funeral services for Phillis Gene Stephens, 71, Enid resident, will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 10:00 am in the Stittsworth Memory Chapel with Pastor David Jones officiating. Arrangements are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.

Phillis was born on October 29, 1948 in Covington, Oklahoma, the daughter of W.G. and Marie Lane Stevison, and passed away suddenly on February 20, 2020 in Enid.She was educated in Enid, Oklahoma. She married the love of her life Melvin Stephens on August 21, 1975. She worked many years for central kitchen and she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband Melvin of the home and children Angie (Marty) Lawson of Waukomis, Brittany (Billy) Rabadan of Enid, Freddy Stephens of Enid, and Chasity (Jeff) Carver of Enid.  Sisters Betty Mock of Colorado, Barbara (Jack) Mock of Enid, Pam Strubel of Enid, and sister in law Florence Woods of Covington. 10 Grandkids and 18 Great Grandkids and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceeded in death by her father Pete and mother Marie Stevison, mother and father in law Nellie and Matt Stephens, sisters Shirley Stevison, Anita Floyd, Sharon Marker, brother Johnny Stevison and brother in laws Joe Mock and Dwight Floyd.  Remembrances may be shared online at www.stittsworthfuneralservices.com.
