Robert Vern Thomas

Robert Thomas, age 73, of Hennessey, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2025.

He was born to Gene Thomas and Faye Roberts Thomas on August 10, 1952 in Enid, Oklahoma. 

The celebration of life will be held on Thursday November 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Dover, OK.

After completing high school he served for the United States Army. 

He worked in the oilfield and for the City of Hennessey until retirement.

He was a member of the First Baptist church of Dover, OK.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and one brother.

He is survived by three sisters, Linda Marshall and Loy of Yukon, Diane Johnson of Perry, and Peggy Thomas of Enid.

He has three step children, Dena Garcia and Willy of Kingfisher, OK, William Mitchell of Jet,OK, and Nick Miore of Hennessey, OK.

He has six grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
