Sharon Lynn Callaway was born February 16, 1943 to John Reid Smyth and Dorothy Hankins
(Batchelder) in Berkeley, California and passed May 24, 2026.
She enjoyed shopping, traveling and spending time with family. She spent many weekends
going camping and fishing with her boys when they were young. She retained her love for the
outdoors and continued to do so her whole life. She also enjoyed going on cruises with her
family and close group of friends, quilting with her sisters, and taking trips with her sisters.
She retired from the Enid State School in 2008 after a 34 year career and always loved being
retired. She made the most of it; spending time gardening, reading, and being with friends and
family. She traveled more extensively in her later years and insisted on having seafood when
on vacation.

their families; David and Tammy Callaway of Enid, Darrell Callaway and Mary Ann Ray of Enid,
