Sandra Sue Kelly

Born on July 6, 1948 she passed away on October 20, 2023.

A former resident of Enid, OK and recently Karnak, TX, she is survived by her husband J. Mark Horton, son Kennet Mays, sisters Maribeth Forsythe and Deborah Cone as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
