Left this Simple Life on September 4th 2021 at her home Garland Road Nursing in Enid, OK she was only 68yrs old. She was born February 12th, 1953 in Redwood City, California to Robert M. and Mavis M. Robinette she was the youngest of 3 children. She grew up and received her education in California. Vickie was a wild and free spirited soul. The story goes she met her first husband while he was hitchhiking apparently his Harley had broken down and she picked him up. We are sure there is more to the story though. They were married in May of 1970 and to this union had five children. Vickie was a loving wife and mother taking care her children and husband the best she could while he worked and provided for the family .They moved to Oklahoma in the early 80's Some years had passed and a lot had changed as life sometimes does. She then met her beloved Woody they were a lively pair. Their door was always open to family and friends. They enjoyed many cookouts and cold brews listening to great tunes together along with friends. She lived a Simple Life she liked cold brews and good tunes. She was a Queen of all trades she could fix just about anything that was broken. She could sew anything from doll clothes to wedding dresses and make a meal out of nothing. She used to always say "If it ain't broke don't fix and if you can make it work you don't need a new one."
