Graveside services for William Neal Russell, Jr., 68, Ponca City resident will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 in the Ponca City I.O.O.F. Cemetery with Pastor Tom Howard officiating. Arrangements are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.

William was born on April l3, 1953 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of William, Sr and Mildred Viola McGee Russell, and passed away on May 14, 2021 at his residence.
